Photos from Yorke Peninsula...

I went to Yorke Peninsula with Uwe 2 weekends ago. It was great! The place is beautiful. Only thing was the wind was v v v v strong when we were there and rain was coming on and off which isnt good. But we still enjoyed the trip. And I got to drive for the first time in 2 years... haha... on a long and deserted road somewhere. :P Quite scary! The photos are in reverse order (so starting from the last day and slowly working to the first day)... cause I'm too lazy to sort it and not sure how to make it work. Oh well.. anyway, enjoy the photos!! Oh! and I caught my first fish! :D

Semaphore Beach
A pelican. Yep, it was just sitting there... kinda scary. Wasn't sure whether it will attack me or not...

Someone's crabs! if only they were mine... *drool*

In the middle of nowhere... but nice isnt it?

One of the long straight roads... all you see around you are fields of wheat (I think they are wheat). There's no houses, no equipments... nothing.

The fish that I caught! =D Oven baked it.. mmmhmmm
One of the weirdest sign I've seen. What does it mean?

The photos from here on are at Innes National Park. V beautiful! Too bad the weather isnt that good, but wow. This is the jetty that we were fishing but no luck. :P

Beautiful yeah? :)

It was so windy they had signs like this at the cliff. Initially we wanted to walk to the lighthouse that's at the other end. But we gave up on that cause the wind was simply too strong!

Other parts of Innes National Park

These ants are BIG. Much bigger than those small ones we see at home.

Even though it's not obvious here, that small tiny thing u see crossing the road is an EMU. Yep, saw an EMU quite close. We saw 3 emus on that day! And you have to drive slow in the national park. 40km/hr. Cause u dunno when an emu will appear.
On the way to Innes National Park. Having lunch in the car cause it's too windy to eat outside.
Thought the sign is funny.. quality KILLED MEAT :P

Santa and reindeers outside someone's place :P
Somewhere along the way to Innes National park. Cant remember offhand where these places are :P

My first fish!! At Port Wakefield!! WHEEEEEEEEEEE! It was cold and windy... but I felt great! Hahahahahahahah

The caravan park

A lizard that we saw when we went for a stroll
Cabin room. I was sceptical when Uwe said we can stay at a cabin at the caravan park. But this place is nice! Changed my perception of cabins! It cost $70+ to stay in this cabin, and up to 5 people can stay here. Pretty good deal. And it's clean and have all the facilities u need. A cooking area, dining table, tv and couch.

The cabin and our wonder nice big toyota car.
